Refund policy
- A refund is made only if the merchandise has a manufacturing defect.
- If the customer decides to return the merchandise without any manufacturing defect and by his own decision, a rate of 20% of the total value of the merchandise will be deducted from the full amount to refund and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The refund will be made to the same credit card used to pay for the order after the merchandise is received in our warehouse
